We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive – Stores to manage inventory, coordinate orders, and ensure the smooth functioning of our store operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of inventory management and stock control. As an Executive in Stores, you will play a key role in maintaining stock levels, handling order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products within the store/warehouse.

Maintain accurate stock levels by regularly tracking inventory, conducting stock counts, and addressing discrepancies.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.

Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring they are updated and readily accessible.

Monitor stock quality and ensure all items are properly stored and handled in accordance with safety standards.

Prepare and issue purchase orders, following up on deliveries and resolving any delays or issues.

Ensure efficient and safe storage of materials and products within the store or warehouse.

Manage the issuance of goods and materials to departments or production teams.

Assist in the development of inventory control processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.

Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration).

1 to 3 years of experience in inventory or store management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or warehousing.

Proficiency in stock management and inventory control systems (ERP software, Excel).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
