Jr. Sales Executive

We are hiring motivated and goal-oriented Junior Sales Executives to join leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving sales targets by managing assigned sales territories effectively.

  • Develop relationships with key distributors, retail partners, and customers to maximize product availability and visibility.

  • Conduct market visits to ensure product placement, merchandising, and compliance with promotional activities.

  • Help track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior sales staff.

  • Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and product launches effectively.

  • Assist in gathering market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to improve sales efforts.

  • Ensure smooth order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and handle customer inquiries.

  • Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus.

  • 0–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales or retail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, challenging industry.

Preferred Background

  • Experience or internships in FMCG sales, retail, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with local market trends and customer behavior.
