We’re seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to shape and grow our digital presence across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and company goals
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing
- Write, edit, and curate engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities; respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic voice
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and share company news, promotions, and service updates
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes
- Build and maintain a social media content calendar to support ongoing campaigns, launches, and seasonal content
- Work with graphic designers or use creative tools to produce visuals and video content
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a service-based industry
- Deep understanding of social platforms and their audiences
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a clear, engaging tone
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Experience with basic graphic or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Experience working collaboratively across departments (marketing, customer service, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
